Rattle Snake Lesson

On Thursday (6-14-12), on his way to the house, dad saw a snake in the road.  Turned around and noticed it was a rattler.  A 3 1/2 foot long rattler!  He and another guy killed it and we "rushed" home from VBS to have a rattler lesson and watch our neighbor skin it.

7 rattles = 7 years old ?

It ate a mouse (& Pumpkin says a turtle too.)

LOTS of meat.  No, we did not eat it, nor did the cats, surprisingly!
